J. Tyrone Marcus is an adjunct lecturer in sports law at the University of the West Indies. His passion surrounds motivating individuals in the field of personal excellence and leadership.

He required a blog website to inspire, motivate and grow his audience weekly. His goal as an author and sports lawyer is to provide tools for attaining personal excellence, maturity of character and skills for exemplary leadership.

Research & Execution

Our Approach

We conducted a global discovery process to learn more about the field of motivational speaking.

Coupled with the brief we crafted a strategy that would attract new leads starting in Trinidad and Tobago.

This strategy includes weekly blog writing and other SEO techniques to improve visibility, ranking and lead generation.

Outcome

Result

Since the launch of the website, Marcus 2229 has received high praise and continues to generate multiple leads.

We will actively work with him on a growth strategy that will elevate his platform and connect with his target audience.

Project Brief

RFD Williams Sports Consultancy did not have a website and needed to create one to help add credibility to their company.

Global exposure was also important to them as a professional website would help establish their brand and distinguish them from their competitors in the field of Sports Consultancy.

Research & Execution

Our Approach

We conducted research on the local competitors of RFD Williams in Trinidad and compiled a list. Then we reviewed the project brief and based on the brief and the competition we decided to create a single page application.

This allowed us to focus all the content around introducing Ricardo Williams, the Managing Director and founder, outlining his objectives in addition to the abundance of services that will be available by his company.

Outcome

Result

The launch was extremely well received on all his social platforms and the customer is now able to monitor the analytics of his site on a real time basis.

He has also started to reap the benefits of the business exposure both locally and abroad as the website provides an ongoing virtual presence that can help gain the trust of potential customers.

Project Brief

Mastermind Leaders possessed a strong social media presence but did not have a website which they required to help build their creditability, generate leads, build their business and advertising services efficiently.

One of their main objectives was to open multiple branches of the business community and they believed that the website would help get them the necessary exposure by displaying photo galleries of events and helping them connect with new and existing members.

Observation & Execution

Our Approach

We held several interviews with Stalin Sheppard and his founding members. We also attended a couple meetings to review the brief to gain a clear understanding of their needs.
 
We registered their domain name and set up a hosting account. We created an interactive website that included an internal social network, a blog, picture gallery, analytics, testimonials and advertisement for services and affiliates.

Outcome

Result

The site received rave reviews for its professional look and it also allowed Mastermind Leaders to build their audience through their blog. The gallery provided necessary exposure of specific events and they were successful in opening two new branches.

Project Brief

BLU Networks Consultancy Limited had a previously existing website that was built focusing on establishing an online presence.  The website at the time achieved the intended result but as the company evolved, the website needed to follow.  The site was slow and lacked support for mobile users.  The company Directorship made the decision that it was necessary to update and where necessary rebuild the site in line with present technologies and expectations.  

BLU Networks have been in business for 8 years, so they were not in search of credibility as a new enterprise, but more so exposure to gain new customers supported; all of this being supported by new technology on their website.  

After evaluating the exiting website, the decision was taken to rebuild using a more appropriate and up-to date platform.   The opportunity was also taken to update the content.   

Execution

Our Approach

We initially met with the company Directors to determine the goals for the website as well as other initiatives that may needed to be included in the build.  We also had specific meeting about branding, social media integration etc.  

We decided to undertake a discovery process to look at their history of partners and clients and placed that information on display in the form of rotating testimonials and slides in the footer of the website.   

A marketing strategy was also implemented via the website that included webinars and weekly blogs that will be used to establish them as an authority in the industry and gain new leads that can be converted into customers.

Result

After its launch BLU Networks has been able to use the website to support their goals for establishing an online presence but more so the execution of new initiatives and the support of new technologies. BLU is now able to understand their existing and potential customers better by tracking their site usage through analytics.  

They were able to implement the use of Blogs as part of their marketing strategy.  The blog receives their consistent results and they continue to build their audience on their social media platforms.  They are satisfied with the response received and excited with the future ahead.
